At Tribal Couture our mission is simple: we aim to enhance your personal style and allow you to express yourself with jewels that are just as bold and unique as you are.

Veronica Zhou
I'm a banker turned jewelry designer with the help and support from my loving husband Dave. Jewelry and personal style are two things I'm passionate about. Gemstones and my extensive travels are the biggest sources of inspiration for my creations. While I design the majority of the pieces in the Tribal Couture line, I also occasionally partner with other designers from around the world. I'm drawn to an eclectic aesthetic and fusion of Eastern and Western artistic influences. This makes the jewelry line truly unique and diverse while maintaining a level of cohesiveness.

David Zhou
I'm an accidental entrepreneur. After graduating from Cornell with an engineering degree I was focused on working in a stable banking job and planning for the future. That all changed when I met Veronica. She inspired me to enjoy life to the fullest and live in the moment. Together we combined our love of travel and business acumen into this jewelry venture. These days, while Veronica is busy creating new cutting-edge jewelry pieces, I am charged with the juggling act that is running a new business.

I was born into this business and I’m a natural. Cute as a button I work hard by being a little ball of love that makes my parents happy. I’m there to give them a good lick when they get stressed by all the hardships that come with being entrepreneurs. I like to nap, play, prance around in my fancy outfits, and chew on designer shoes in my spare time.
