1) Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, sales tax will only be collected on orders shipped to New Jersey.
2) What payment options do you accept?
We currently process our payments through Paypal, which allows you to make a payment using any major credit card including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
3) Can I buy from you if I live outside of the US?
Absolutely. We ship our jewelry world-wide.
4) Do you offer expedited shipping options?
For domestic shipments we offer expedited shipping options through FedEx. You may choose between shipping FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day. Your shipping charges (for one piece of jewelry) will be roughly as follows:| Shipping Method: | Estimated Cost: |

5) What can I do if I’m interested in a ring or a bracelet that is not currently available in my size?
Contact us at customerservice@tribalcouture.net or by following the link on any product page and let us know which piece you’re interested in and what size you need. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
6) What is your return policy?
As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products. We hope your selections bring you many years of enjoyment. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days (of the date your order was delivered) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, handling, and any other additional charges. In order to continue offering the best value to our customers we can only accept returns within this time frame. We will gladly accept exchanges for up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. We are also happy to issue account credit or gift certificates in lieu of an immediate product exchange.

In this email please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Then ship your item in its original condition along with your invoice to the following address:

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 4 weeks of receiving your return.
Tribal Couture is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
7) How much will shipping cost me?
We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on any order of $200 or more.- Total merchandise must meet or exceed $200 after all promotions and discounts are applied.
- Offer applies only for domestic shipping. You must select the Free Shipping option to receive the discount. Otherwise, the full shipping charge will be applied.
- Discount does not apply to taxes, gift-wrapping or similar charges.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise.
- This promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
8) How long will it take to receive my order?
Please use the guide below to estimate delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have an order that needs to be processed immediately because of a special occasion please select FedEx Express shipping and give us a call. We’ll try our best to make sure that you get the jewelry you ordered as quickly as possible.
