Return/Exchange Information
As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products. We hope your selections bring you many years of enjoyment. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days (of the date your order was delivered) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, handling, and any other additional charges. In order to continue offering the best value to our customers we can only accept returns within this time frame. We will gladly accept exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We are also happy to issue account credit or a gift certificate in lieu of an immediate product exchange.
Submitting Return/Exchange:
To submit a return or an exchange request please send us an email to returns@tribalcouture.net. In this email please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Then ship your item in its original condition along with your receipt to the following address:

*Note: If your item is being exchanged for a different size we will resend it to you FREE of charge.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 4 weeks of receiving your return.
Tribal Couture is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
